You can find the indications regarding delivery times on each product page by scrolling down. For products in stock we deliver on average in 7 working days. For products not in stock the timing varies from 4 to 12 weeks. It is always possible to know the delivery times by contacting our team via email at info@restylit.com
Delivery to the floor is always possible with a surcharge of 89.90 euros, as is the possible assembly of the items (which however do not require it in most cases. We rely on the best partners on the market!
We recommend that you always accept incoming items with reservations in order to be able to reimburse you in the event of any damage caused by the carrier.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECEIVING THE MATERIAL
Upon delivery, check the conformity and integrity of the packaging. If you find any inconsistencies of any kind (dents, holes, etc.) ALWAYS ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION FOR CHECK, SPECIFYING THE REASON (e.g. I ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION FOR A PACKAGE THAT IS HOLE-HOLE, DENT, OPEN, WET, etc.)
In the case of intact and perfect packaging, indicate on the delivery note the wording COLLECTION WITH RESERVATION OF INSPECTION and report any defects/damages within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery, attaching photographic documentation.
Please also remember to always photograph the boxes before opening them and to take photos of any damage before assembly. Once the product has been assembled, no compensation for damages can be made.
We are not responsible for damages not expressly reported on the delivery note or defects not visible externally claimed within 24 hours with photographic documentation.

On our entire catalog in stock, the right of return is provided within 14 days of receiving the item. We guarantee a full refund of the price of the product once the condition of the returned goods has been checked, the return shipping costs are excluded from the refund, which will be calculated at the time of the return request (the customer can always do so with their own couriers if they deem it more appropriate).
For items produced ad hoc, however, returns are not possible (unless they are damaged), however our pre-sales service is entirely dedicated to ensuring you do not make the wrong purchase, which is why we have a return rate of less than 0.3%!
If you wish to return an item, simply send an email to our team indicating your name and order number to info@restylit.com. We generally respond within a few hours, except for extraordinary peaks in contact.

You will receive a tracking number for your package as soon as your order is shipped. Not all carriers provide a tracking number, we use the best logistics partners who are experts in delivering furniture and bulky items, if the tracking number is not available, you will be contacted by the carrier at the phone number indicated during the order, and you can agree on the date and time of delivery you prefer.
