0 - POTENTIAL DELAYS
(Updated January 2024) We inform all customers that due to the current situation and the difficulties related to the critical global situation in sourcing raw materials, transit times and possible temporary production blocks due to Covid, items not in stock may be subject to delivery delays of up to 90 working days from the last date indicated as the delivery deadline, which are not easily predictable. After 90 days, the customer is entitled to receive a full refund. Our team remains available for any questions and confirmation requests PRE and POST order! Furthermore, during the usual holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter and the month of August) shipments may be subject to significant delays compared to the times indicated on the product pages.
1 - BUY ON RESTYLIT.COM
The products purchased on Restylit.com are sold by the company Restylit Srl, duly registered in the Trento business register on 14/05/2018 with VAT number 02505820221. The operational headquarters is located in via Dei Palustei 16, Meano di Trento (TN); the registered office is in via Dei Palustei 16, Meano di Trento (TN). The prices indicated are in Euro (or in another currency selected by the user) and include VAT; the same Total shown in the Estimate is summarized in the order form that the Customer must confirm to conclude the contract. It is not the purpose of this page to represent all the company procedures for customer service: in this regard we recommend that you read all the sections carefully.
2 - PURCHASE PROCEDURE
- To conclude the purchase contract on restylit.com it is necessary to conclude the electronic transaction, selecting the products and completing the payment during checkout, in this case the contract is considered concluded.
- The contract is also concluded, in other cases, when Restylit receives the correctly completed Order Form and the relative payment or deposit. With an Order forwarded by telephone by an operator in the name and on behalf of the Customer, the contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the relative payment; the Customer is required to carefully check all information contained in the Order Confirmation. 3. In the very rare circumstance in which a product chosen by the buyer is no longer available at the time of sending the order form, Restylit Srl will take care of immediately refunding the amount already paid. 4. By electronically transmitting the order form, the buyer undertakes to observe all the General Conditions of Sale present on this page. 5. The online sales contract between the Customer and the Supplier is considered concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian Law. 6. If the user does not agree with some of the terms reported in the General Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to purchase directly on our eshop and/or not to forward the order and to contact our staff for any clarification.

3 - CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDERS
Any changes to orders placed are guaranteed until the production of the purchased items; production takes place immediately after payment or deposit. Subsequent requests for order changes relating to products or shipping methods are to be considered exclusively as exceptions and therefore must be authorised based on the progress of the order. It is possible to cancel an order with ad hoc production only within 24 hours of the order itself. The billing data entered during the order can be modified only until the invoice is issued; it is possible to change the shipping address only for orders paid by bank transfer for which no more than 15 days have passed since the order was placed (in such cases it is not sufficient to change the data within your account but it is necessary to send an email to Customer Service indicating the new shipping address). Total or partial refunds will be made with the same type of payment chosen at the time of the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer). The currency used for the refund will always be the euro, even in the case of transactions in a different currency; the amount received by Restylit.com will be credited back, net of bank charges.
4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
The delivery of the supply is started only after the order has been paid and carried out by couriers specialized in furniture and furnishings shipments with telephone notice; the Standard Shipping service is intended to be delivered to the street level (on the ground floor, at the point closest to the entrance of your home reachable by the vehicle used for delivery) and the Customer must collaborate with the driver to unload the packages from the tailgate of the truck, sometimes making other people available depending on the size and weight of the item purchased, except obviously the possibility of delivery to the floor. Restylit reserves the right to open some packages to carry out random checks, possibly photographing the products and is legally responsible for the goods until delivery . Further information in the shipping section. The Customer can collect the goods directly from our warehouses or those of our partners, even for supplies with a final destination outside the European Union . However, we require a simple telephone or email contact.
PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING AND VERIFYING PRODUCTS
UNLOADING GOODS
Upon delivery, it is ALWAYS necessary to take photos/videos of the boxes received , even if they do not have visible defects. In the event of any anomaly present on the packages it is necessary to: - Check the conformity and integrity of the packaging. ALWAYS ACCEPT THE GOODS. If inconsistencies of any kind are found (dents, holes, etc.) ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION FOR CHECK , SPECIFYING THE REASON (e.g. I ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION FOR A PACKAGE THAT IS HOLE-HOLE, DENT, OPEN, WET, etc.) GENERIC RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED - Sign the transport document only after having checked the number of packages and their external condition (the legible signature of the driver must accompany any reservations made). Accept delivery even if the packaging and products present anomalies, making a specific reservation in the event of anomalies.
OPENING OF PACKAGES
- ALWAYS photograph the exterior of the packages even if they do not have visible defects: it is always mandatory in the case of a signature with reservation, but it is also essential in the case of product anomalies. - Open the packages with extreme care especially if you use cutters or blades. Sharp objects used when opening the packages are among the main causes of damage and being recognizable signs are not covered by the warranty. - Check the items before assembly: in the event of anomalies to an item it is necessary to photograph the affected part in detail before proceeding with any removal from the packaging or assembly . Once the product has been assembled, no compensation for damages can be made. - Keep the original packaging including the pallet , to proceed with any returns. Returns without the original packaging and any pallet are NOT accepted .
ASSEMBLY
- Handle packages with extreme care: in the case of bulky or particularly heavy volumes, get help from a second person. - During assembly, follow the Instructions: they are normally included in the supply. Carry out the most demanding operations with the help of a second person. - Presence of anomalies (damage and breakage of the product are not included in anomalies) during assembly: photograph the anomaly before completing assembly, then contact Customer Service to check how to proceed.
ASSISTANCE
- Should you believe that any anomaly found could be a Production Defect or Damage from Transport, you must promptly report it to Customer Service. Reports on the External Condition of the Packages must be made on the same day as Unloading the Supply or at the latest the following morning; reports on the Integrity of the Items after Opening the Packages must be made within 24 hours of Unloading . - The term expressed in the Consumer Code regarding "hidden defects" remains valid, and during the Warranty period it guarantees the Consumer 2 months from the discovery of the defect to report it to the Seller (in such cases the Customer must still send photographic documentation and any collection of the product must highlight that it is not damage caused by "misuse" by the Customer). - Each Report is made by sending an email with the order number, the description of what was found and attaching the photographic documentation acquired during the Installation phases. - In the event of a return, Restylit undertakes to follow this Procedure for the Receipt and Verification of Products in the interest of the Customer.
5 - SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are regularly calculated during checkout based on the customer's residential address and the shipping method chosen.
6 - DELIVERY TIMES
The Production Times declared must be interpreted as forecasts based on the statistics of previous orders for the same type of product: each individual order is followed within 7 days by a product sheet indicating the production times required for the product in question; in most cases, the times vary between 3 and 8 weeks of production . In consideration of the nature of the " goods to be packaged or purchased especially for the Customer " (a nature that characterizes ALL the goods on sale on Restylit), the law provides for an "additional period appropriate to the circumstances" within which any delay in production is considered " reasonable with respect to the circumstances ". Restylit undertakes to fulfill the delivery of the goods with the Shipping Times declared on the portal and viewable before purchase. Restylit Customer Service regularly updates the Customer on the progress of the order. Delays of 90 days beyond the date initially scheduled for delivery are possible. After the additional 90 days, if the customer has not yet received the goods, the amount will be fully refunded. Restylit constantly works to respect the punctuality of the times indicated, even trying to anticipate them ; we invite customers to contact Customer Service by email at info@restylit.com before purchasing if the Delivery Times are decisive for the purchase decision. Finally, we specify that production and deliveries scheduled in the periods preceding the Christmas holidays or summer holidays could be subject to significant delays connected to the contingency of the period (even a minimal unexpected delay before a closing period such as the Christmas holidays or the August closure can cause the postponement of delivery to the reopenings of January and September).
7 - ANY UNAVAILABILITY
Restylit works daily to keep its online catalogue updated. Due to the large number of items and collections that we offer, it may rarely happen that a certain option is no longer available. For the attribution of Outlet products available in a single unit, in the case of simultaneous orders of the same item, priority is assigned based on the time of payment (and not the time of placing the order). In such cases, Restylit will promptly notify the Customer who can decide whether to make changes to the order or request a refund of the amount paid. In the case of supplies consisting of multiple products, the possible unavailability of an item is a prerequisite for a refund of the amount paid for the portion relating to the unavailable item; obviously, any complementarity between the individual items is considered on a case-by-case basis (chairs matching the table, bedside tables matching the bed, ...).
8 - LIMITS OF USE
Restylit staff works constantly to update the information presented. At the same time, the enormous amount of content developed makes it possible for there to be inaccuracies. It is our daily responsibility to work towards ever greater precision and depth, but it is also the Customer's responsibility to ensure the truthfulness of the details that are deemed essential for their satisfaction and necessary to proceed with the purchase : as non-exhaustive examples, the case of purchasing goods to complete products or collections already in possession (where the Customer is required to verify the combination and color compatibility), goods with measurements just smaller than the available space (where the Customer is required to contact us for a dimensional check of the product and possibly advice on the criteria for taking measurements in the environment), or even the rare case of any Product Sheets that may contain conflicting information in different parts of the sheet itself ( the Customer is required to read the entire Product Sheet ); in the case of Product Sheets that offer a "digital sample" (i.e. images of the samples of finishes and colors) the Customer is required to observe the Sample carefully to evaluate how a certain "definition" in the Product Sheet regarding the materials translates into aesthetic terms in the Digital Sample and therefore into reality. We remind you that the color and texture of natural materials (wood, leather, stone, ...) depend on the natural variability of processes and factors that lead to the formation of the material itself. For all suspended and wall-mounted products (shelves, wall units, ...) the structural stability is strictly connected to the type of wall available and consequently to the hardware to be used. The Customer is required to check whether any plugs supplied are compliant for correct fixing on the specific destination wall. The level navigation (the selection tool on the left side of the page of each product category) is to be understood as a mere support for skimming the assortment and selecting the desired item: the wording or characteristics indicated by these filters may not exactly represent the characteristics of the item; : however, what is described in the individual product sheets is binding in this regard. During the process of verifying production order confirmations, in the days following the order being sent to the portal, Restylit staff checks the correctness of product prices . If, due to rare misunderstandings or inconveniences, the indicated price is lower than the correct selling price, Restylit reserves the right to cover the difference or contact the Customer to verify whether he/she still wishes to purchase the product at the correct price (otherwise the Order cannot be accepted and any sums paid will obviously be refunded). If the indicated price is higher than the correct price, Restylit will notify the Customer, re-crediting sums already paid. All manufacturers and suppliers of Restylit Srl work continuously to improve the products offered, and therefore reserve the right to make technical and dimensional changes without prior notice if these changes do not significantly alter the aesthetic content of the products and their use/ergonomics ; the concept just expressed is integrated for upholstered products with the need to provide a margin for defects and for excesses with regard to dimensions (the dimensions of an article may vary based on different measurement points and partly also based on artisanal workmanship of the padding; any presumed differences "of a few centimetres" are considered to be within the norm in the sector). Restylit reserves the right to make changes to the names of some products or parts of them in order to comply with any agreements with the manufacturers. On some products presented without the publication of the production brand, product labels may therefore be applied that show names different from those published on Restylit: these variations cannot in any way be a prerequisite for contractual termination for "non-conformity" as the "name of the product" cannot be considered a founding element of the value offered to the consumer by the product itself.
9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw from any distance contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day of delivery to the address specified in the order. The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal " for non-prefabricated goods produced on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer " (Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament) and for " goods made to measure or clearly personalized " (art. 59 Legislative Decree 21/2014): due to the high level of customization that characterizes our collections, and for the production processes mainly commissioned by our suppliers, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to the vast majority of products in our catalog , for more information on this matter contact Customer Service before purchasing, we are ready to provide you with all the necessary support.
9.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To make a return, send an email to info @restylit.com , indicating the order number and problem. We will contact you within 24 hours. The information on this page is taken from Legislative Decree no. 21 of 2014 , in force since 26 March 2014, and issued in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights. The consumer has the right to withdraw from any distance contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day of delivery to the consumer. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication (also via email) to Restylit.com within the deadline . The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for " goods made to measure or clearly personalized " (art. 59 of the aforementioned decree) and for " non-prefabricated goods produced on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer" (art. 2 of the aforementioned directive) : due to the high level of customization that characterizes our collections, and for the production processes mainly commissioned by our suppliers, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to the vast majority of products in our catalog . For more information on this matter, contact Customer Service before purchasing or in any case before production. The right of withdrawal cannot also be exercised on sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery (e.g. mattresses, pillows, linen,...). Finally, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on "non-personalized" goods in the following cases: contracts not covered by Consumer legislation (goods purchased with a VAT number for professional purposes); contracts negotiated and concluded at Restylit's headquarters; contracts negotiated at Restyit's headquarters and concluded by placing the order online "remotely". The consumer is required to return the goods at his own expense to Restylit within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal and is responsible for the decrease in value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods themselves. Returns are NOT accepted without the original packaging and any pallet with which it was originally delivered. If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the consumer in accordance with the provisions indicated here, Restylit Srl will refund the amount paid with the exception of the additional costs that the Customer has requested. By exercising the right of withdrawal on a single product whose value has allowed the activation of the Free Standard Shipping promotion within a larger supply, the promotion will no longer be applicable; in this case the shipping costs of the order will be charged to the consumer as per the tariff and therefore deducted from the refund due (from € 9.90 to € 189.00 per cubic meter according to the shipping region). The refund will take place within 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal if the consumer has fulfilled his obligation to return the goods within 14 days from the exercise of his right; in case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will in any case take place on the working day following the moment in which Restylit Srl becomes aware of the buyer's bank details.
10 – POST DELIVERY PROBLEMS
This point illustrates the methods of assistance to the Customer in the days immediately following the Delivery: the procedures described here do not intend in any way to limit the Warranty Rights recognized to the Consumer by the Consumer Code (and explained in point 11), but only to create a common basis to offer each Customer the best possible assistance. In the event of any disputes, the Consumer can use the EU Odr Consumers platform. In the interest of the Customer, should any type of problem be found relating to the products supplied, the Customer Service constantly works to correctly attribute responsibility to the various actors in the supply chain that leads from the production of the goods in the factory to the actual use of the goods by the consumer; these "actors" are the manufacturer of the goods, Restylit srl in the capacity of seller, the appointed transporter (and for which Restylit is responsible, possibly recovering the costs from the insurance for transport damage), and the Customer himself who receives the supply, carries out the handling on the floor and the assembly (possibly delegating these phases to third parties). When unloading the supply at the delivery address, during assembly, and in the moments immediately following the conclusion of assembly itself, the Customer is required to follow the Procedure for Receiving and Checking Products indicated above in each phase: in this way the Customer can receive the best possible assistance from our Customer Service and be completely protected, both from any manufacturing defects or from damage during transport (both "not frequent" but certainly "not impossible" cases). If a Customer does not follow the points indicated in the Procedure , it may be impossible to attribute specific responsibility to the "actors" mentioned above in relation to the problem encountered. In some cases, it may therefore be necessary to involve the Customer in any replacement costs ; in these cases Restylit still works for the satisfaction of the Customer, reserving however a specific evaluation from case to case. Each procedure expressed here serves precisely to effectively protect our customers . Any replacement of defective or damaged items during transport (or parts of items when the anomaly only concerns components) requires the same time as production times as they are almost always made-to-order products and follow the same delivery methods indicated in the order. The replacement process is started upon receipt of the photographic documentation produced by the Customer, which must reach us immediately after delivery. Restylit operates with the utmost speed in order to reduce waiting times. In the case of replacement of a product , Restylit communicates to the Customer the possible return of the parts to be replaced : in the event of failure to request the return, it is the Customer's responsibility to dispose of the parts in question; in the event of organizing the return, it is the Customer's responsibility to adequately package the parts in their original packaging to avoid damage (in this case, Restylit will provide labels by email to be printed and affixed to each individual package to be returned).
11 - WARRANTY
The products are accompanied by a regular sales invoice valid for the 24-month warranty on defects of conformity, provided by Restylit srl pursuant to the Consumer Code; for purchases invoiced to people with VAT numbers and companies, the warranty is 12 months. " Outlet " products from Photographic Sets, Fairs, Television Sets and Showrooms of the Manufacturer are exempt from the 24-month warranty, as they fall into the category of " used goods " on which by law the warranty is 12 months for non-aesthetic defects of conformity. The products must be used correctly in compliance with their intended use and maintenance: the packaging must always contain a product sheet with information on the matter, but in the absence of such a sheet it is the Customer's responsibility to contact our Customer Service. Restylit works to intervene as quickly as possible: at the same time we refer to the production and management times of our suppliers. In the event of replacement or repair of a product, it is the Customer's responsibility to adequately package the returned parts to avoid damage and bear the shipping costs for the return of the product; the repair costs (materials and labor) and the costs of returning the product to the Customer are borne by Restyli. Some advertising initiatives on the market offer unrealistic warranty times that generate higher expectations in the consumer than the potential of certain products: instead, we believe that the traditional concept of warranty is much more valid, which is expressed in real consumer protection , on collections designed and produced to enjoy an average life significantly longer than the terms of the warranty itself.
12 - PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
This is a notice for the processing of personal data that is provided pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 (hereinafter Privacy Code) for users of our site. The notice is not valid for other websites that may be consulted through our links for which we are in no way responsible. The Data Controller of personal data, relating to identified or identifiable persons processed following consultation of our site, is Restylit Srl via Dei Palustei 16 Meano di Trento (TN). The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at Restylit and the contents are handled by internal employees. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disclosed to third parties. The personal data provided by users who forward requests for services are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or performance requested and are not communicated to third parties unless communication is required by law or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the requests.
13 - INFORMATION ON COOKIES
No cookies are used to transmit personal information, nor are persistent cookies of any kind used, or systems for tracking users. Restylit only uses technical cookies – including Web Analytics cookies – for which, according to the law, no notification to the Customer is necessary because their purpose is exclusively the correct functioning of the site.
