What if I don't like the project?
The consultation is not a complete renovation project with multiple appointments, but is custom-tailored for you following the initial briefing we'll request before starting. We are flexible and available for small adjustments during delivery. If instead you want a more significant revision, we'll be happy to do it without charging you a whole new consultation: we'll quote you a cost proportionate to the extent of the changes.
A note on returns: you cannot cancel the consultation after our architects have started working on your project. For any doubts before purchasing, write to us: we'll help you choose the right plan for you.
