ARTIST: Ästhet ABOUT THE POSTER DESIGN Unexpected discoveries form the backdrop for Beach Find by German artist and designer Ästhet. A flowing black and white form sits against a beige background, as if a sea creature has swum into a shallow rock pool. The piece aims to transport the viewer to a sun-filled day on the beach, complete with exploration and new discoveries. ABOUT THE POSTER DESIGNER Ästhet is the Hannover-based studio of artist and designer Anne Schäfer. Inspired by natural forms and contemporary art, Ästhet creates contemporary compositions that are both minimal and expressive. Creating artworks on paper, the studio also experiments with clay, textiles, photography and printmaking with patterns that blend Scäfer's background in communication design with a hands-on approach to process and form.
