LIPS is part of Layereds collaboration with renowned Swedish artist Åsa Jungnelius. With a strong emphasis on body and soul, colour and form, Åsa Jungnelius’ artistic vision and symbolic aesthetic inject a strong sense of feminine power into every object she creates, and every home she moves into. The texture of the rug is created with a blend of wool and tencel which gives the rug a glossy finish. Tencel is a high-quality version of viscose, and just like wool it is eco-friendly and very durable. The rug is hand-tufted, making each rug unique, which may result in a small variation in size and colour. Due to its hand-tufted construction, the rug has a tendency to shed fibres initially and we therefore recommend vacuuming regularly.
